My store recognizes that the demand for winter wear peaks during the holiday season and the deepest winter months. Our shipping policy is adapted to handle these periods of high volume while maintaining our service standards.

From November 1st to January 31st, our “Winter Peak Season” is in effect. During this time, please allow for the full 3 business days for order processing. We have additional seasonal staff to help, but the high volume of orders for gifts and essential gear means processing is at its maximum stated time. Shipping carriers also experience peak volumes, which can occasionally extend the 3-5 business day transit time. We strongly advise placing orders early during this season to account for these potential delays.

Our shipping costs and promotions, including our popular free shipping offer, remain in effect throughout the peak season. We absorb any extra handling costs to keep your shipping affordable.
