Creamy in colour and mildly nutty in flavour, use this soft ancient grain flour like regular white flour. Spelt is a highly nutritious grain that is tolerated better by the body than any other grain. Most wheat-intolerant individuals can consume food items which contain spelt, with no adverse reactions. This product is Soil Association and Kosher certified.

Nestled in the heart of the North Wessex Downs lies Doves Farm, an organic, mixed arable farm. The founders of Doves farm Clare and Michael Marriage sowed their first seeds in 1977 with the simple idea of making great quality flour from their grains, and their ideals are still instilled in the business as they grind their organic ancient grains using the traditional stone grinding technique, a method that has remained largely unchanged from ancient times.
